From the cocoa-dark Mazafati of Bam to the slender, smoky Piarom of Hajiabad — each variety carries the climate it grew up in.

Iran’s southern crescent — from Sistan-Baluchestan in the east to Khuzestan in the west — produces nearly all of the world’s premium dates. Our home grove is in Larestan, Fars.

We've kept the supply chain short on purpose. Most of our growers we've worked with for years; the rest, for decades.

The Grove
Date palms in Bam, Hajiabad and Khuzestan grow on family land. We work directly with the growers — no middlemen.

The Harvest
Picked at the right stage — khalal, rotab or tamar — by hand. The rest of the bunch is left to ripen another week.

The Grade
Sorted on cool stone tables. Only the unblemished fruit goes into our consumer and gift packs.

Cold-chained out of Bandar Abbas. Reefer container, sea or air. Delivered with full export documentation.
